Hi, I'm Sarah, the Principal Designer and founder of Home Love Designs by Sarah. My love for design is an inherit one. For as long as I can remember, when I first entered a room, I would start playing with the puzzle it was and create a new design for it.

Since graduating from the Interior Design Institute I have honed my talents and learned new skills. The program gave me the foundation of design while learning to expand the talent I had. Over the years I have gained a new appreciation and understanding of design and architecture to grow my esthetic.

Today I feel fortunate to do something that I not only excel at but love to do to elevate peoples homes. My esthetic is eclectic industrial with bits of glam. My priority is to make you fall in love with your home again, so there's no where else you would rather be.

	Bath		Lighting		Purchasing

Pricing
	Initial Design consultation and Site evaluation (up to 2hrs) = $175 (flat fee)
	Design Concept Presentation (Concept Plans and Mood Board) = $175 (flat fee)
	Development of final plans and Drawings = $75 per hour
	Project Management/on site supervision = $50 per hour
	Final Styling = $175
	Selection of paint colors, material and finishes, lighting, furniture and accessories, textiles and purchasing = $60 per hour

Upon agreement, a 50% deposit is required. Purchasing cost must be supplied before purchases will be made. Design packages available.
